Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset. Harold came out to check the tracks on my garage door. If I performed regular maintenance the call would have been avoided altogether, but I didn't know what to look for at the time. Harold provided basic knowledge on how to keep the tracks clean & operating smoothly, as well as recommendations. He didn't try to do any extra or unnecessary work; could tell that I just needed some guidance. Even replaced bulbs that were out in the garage light. Would use them again, just can't give 5 stars as I'm not familiar with the company & service in other areas. But 5 starts for the tech! Great customer service! I was able to find everything I needed in one spot. they have a large variety of vinyl stop in many colors and even had a keypad for my garage door! Great company. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had some garage door work done. Efficient. Will definitely call again Mark is an exceptional and very down to earth guy. He is honest and will treat you with respect without pushing you into a sale. Anyone looking for new doors or windows should at least give mark a call and get a free estimate. Excellent work. Timely and professional. Great door company. I would definitely recommend getting your work done through Doors of Pontiac - Livingston County and be sure to ask for Mark if you live in the area. I have had dealings with this company. They have been great to work with. The staff really goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that their customers are taken care of.
