AJs Web Designs is a great company to work with. We were working with another company for over a year on building our new website and it was an absolute nightmare until Andrew came onto the project. Andrew came on and was a breath of fresh air. He made himself readily available to us at any given time, redesigned the entire website to be an actual functioning site, and consistently followed up to make sure the project was moving forward in a timely manner.Not only did he make our website what it is today, but he has helped us in better understanding the site so that we can make changes ourselves without going to him every time. Most importantly Andrew answered ALL emails in a timely manner and if he knew of a problem that he couldn't get to right away he would call us to let us know he would look at it in "x" amount of time. We never had any problem linger on.Overall, Andrew has given our company the boost that we needed and we are finally able to launch a new website!

Harold came out to check the tracks on my garage door. If I performed regular maintenance the call would have been avoided altogether, but I didn't know what to look for at the time. Harold provided basic knowledge on how to keep the tracks clean & operating smoothly, as well as recommendations. He didn't try to do any extra or unnecessary work; could tell that I just needed some guidance. Even replaced bulbs that were out in the garage light. Would use them again, just can't give 5 stars as I'm not familiar with the company & service in other areas. But 5 starts for the tech!

New store in Brighton, so I thought I’d give it a try for some garage door parts, and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality products and value. I’ll be there again for service (my garage door springs have been on for many years, so they are probably almost due for an upgrade), and start dreaming about when I’ll visit them for a brand new front door!

Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed.Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. Not that Billy didn't understand, but having someone explain the reason for doing something so they actually learn the why is a great asset.

Mark came over for an estimate. It was the first time I’ve ever received the honest and up front approach to sales with no manipulation or overselling! He was very patient and respectful of with our many questions and very thorough with making sure we were quoted correctly.
